Our highly experienced and skilled team is led by David Noggle, CEO, who founded AYA Enterprises in 2012.

Founder and CEO David Noggle

David Noggle has over 30 years of healthcare experience that includes skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, contracted therapy, and private duty. Prior to establishing AYA Enterprises, David was the Director of Operations for 13 skilled nursing facilities in Ohio from 1988 until 2000. Under his leadership, these facilities grew to employ a staff of nearly 1600.

In 2000, David founded Signature Health Services which expanded to 14 locations, employed over 600 employees, and treated upwards of 10,000 patients each year. Signature Health Services saw significant revenue growth and geographic expansion under David’s leadership.

In 2010, Signature was acquired by Kindred Health Care to serve as its platform for its billion-dollar home health care line of business. David was appointed Vice President of Eastern Operations for Kindred Home Health and Hospice.

David’s time with Kindred saw many successful acquisitions, significant growth, and successful operations. During this time, David was an integral part of the “CMS Bundled Payment Demonstration” project.

In 2014, David founded Pathways Hospice in Cleveland, Ohio and Timeless Transitions in Toledo, Ohio. The success of these two business lines prompted an additional Timeless Transitions office in Boston, Massachusetts, a skilled and unskilled private duty business in Chicago, Illinois called Passionate Private Duty, and an additional Pathways Hospice office in Ashland, Ohio.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an MBA.
